My real estate agent put this sign in our yard last week. I felt an immediate pang when I saw it, not because I doubt our decision, but because I’ve lived in this house for the past 23 years. That’s longer than I lived in both childhood homes combined. A lot of life has happened in those 23 years.
I’ve loved living in my house but I’m ready to say goodbye to endless remodeling and correcting of previous cheap/crappy DIY and flipper “fixes.”
I will miss you house. Please get us a good offer. You know I’ve done right by you and never took the cheap/quick fix. It’s time to return the favor.
